Refund policy

Parts, Accessories, and Clothing :

All bikes are final sale.
All clothing is final sale.
All tubes are final sale.
All cables and cable housing are final sale.
All Helmets are final sale.
Any items bought on sale are final sale.
Labour charges including tune ups are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the original receipt. Purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit for 14 days from date of purchase. Store credit is non-transferable and not exchangable for cash value. Refunds can take anywhere from 14 - 30 business days and items purchased via card payments are subject to a 2.95% restocking fee. Deposits left for Bike parts and accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store, or send the product back to our shop with shipping label:

All items are shipped out in new condition with Canada Post. Metrocycle accepts no liability for damage sustained during shipping. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees if required.
